Our shipments are fully traceable from the moment they leave our winery until they reach your doorstep, thanks to our trusted logistics partner.
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking code and all the details for customer support.

Every package travels in climate-controlled spaces and is packed with protective materials to ensure your wines arrive in perfect condition.
All shipments are also fully insured — if anything happens along the way, we’ll replace your bottles with no worries and no extra cost.

✈️ From Tuscany to your door

Shipping from Italy to the United States usually takes about 15–20 business days, due to customs and import procedures.
If you choose the Express Delivery option, your wines will arrive in around 6–9 business days.
