Our wines
We harvest by hand and follow the winemaking process step by step, right up to the final bottling, which we personally perform in the cellar. By harvesting our grapes by hand, we not only preserve the grapes intact until pressing, but also select the finest quality grapes for our bottled wines.
The first bottled wines date back to the early 2000s: from that moment on, we began studying and experimenting with new recipes, combining our traditional flavors with innovative, and sometimes international, flavors. But don’t think the rest is wasted! With second-choice grapes, we produce a simpler, lighter red wine to bring to the table every day to delight your palate.

We’re proud to offer a complete supply chain, despite our small operation. Here at Poggio al Bosco, we cultivate and care for every single vine because, as our Lorisse says:

DISCOVER OUR WINES
You can only find them here at our winery and in a few select restaurants, but don’t worry, we ship worldwide.
If you have a restaurant that cares about its wine list and you’re looking for rare, quality wines, please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss a partnership with you! Our guests, who come from all over the world, love wine and appreciate finding our wines in their favorite restaurant when they return home. By choice, we work with only one location in each city to maintain the exclusivity of our offering.
