Tasting notes
Deep ruby red in color with purple shades, it is characterized by hints of berries accompanied by a sweet spiciness and an inky note. In the mouth it stands out for its rich taste with velvety tannins and a very persistent finish.
Curiosity
The recipe of this wine is the best expression of the secondary Tuscan native grapes (Canaiolo, Colorino, Malvasia Nera). In the past, when international grapes had not yet arrived in Tuscany, the only way our grandparents had to make a softer wine was to not use Sangiovese. Our Crepuscolo was born from this idea and at the twilight time it releases its best side.
